Returns & Exchanges

Please enclose the original receipt for refunds or exchanges.  Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn or used, in original packaging.   You can exchange or return merchandise by mail within 72 hours of receipt of purchase.  Returns are accepted only via UPS.  Please keep the tracking numbers.  Sorry, we cannot refund shipping or handling charges.

Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@designingbride.com.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.  In this case, please refer to our return policy.  If you would like to purchase a different product, we will be happy to assist you.
